sounds just like what happened to me in Berlin at the Opera House. I spend like 10 euros and got third row center seats. it was pretty sweet.

Gotta love it when that happens. I asked Dan Graves why the guy who took my (standing room) ticket exchanged it for an infinitely better one, and the best he could come up with was to ask if I'd flirted with him...which I hadn't, as the ticket guy was in his 50s at least.

What did you see at the Berlin Opera House?

Saw Tchaikovsky's Eugene Onegin at the Royal Opera house last week, it was wonderful!

Sounds good, though I'm actually not familiar with Eugene Onegin. Glad you enjoyed it!

Tonight, I saw Turandot at the Volksoper. Most of the characters were dressed as insects (not normal). It was incredible.
