OMG! that is just terrible. I'm so happy that you and your family are ok. My thoughts and prayers goes out those four innocent people and their family. I tell my kids the same thing since 9/11. Don't think it can't happen here cause one day it will and it did. ;(

You and Your Family are always in my Prayers.

BIG HUGS MY SWEETIE. Hoping things get better.

Thanks. I'd have probably had a stroke if I'd heard about it before she called me. Her boyfriend was supposed to be getting off work and he called her to tell her they were on lockdown and what was happening. So she called me to stress out while she waited for him to be able to get out of there and come home.

I was very thankful she wasn't at work today.

The world is getting to be a scary place, I'm glad you and your family weren't injured. You just never know when someone is going to do something like this and there really isn't anyplace where is can't happen. I hope that the rest of the weekend is less stressful, take care...

Nope, and there's only so much you can prepare for the unexpected. We live in a college town and most people thought to start with it was kids setting off firecrackers. I mean it happens all the time, no one thinks Oh some nut is shooting people.

I was very happy she wasn't at work! I have no idea why boys have to stick their noses out where there's a chance they can get shot off. I had a feeling he'd be standing there looking out instead of ducking like a smart person. *sighs*

Glad you are all OK. That must have been really scary.

Did you know there is a website dedicated to shootings at Walmart? I had no idea that shootings were so common there.

Take care.

Holy crap! I didn't know that either. This one started at the Law Firm across the street and then he ran across five lanes of busy traffic (no idea how he wasn't a hood ornament) and picked up in the WalMart parking lot.

My daughter was freaking out because her boyfriend was at work and it was way too close for her comfort.

The crazies are getting out more it seems. Terrible. I'm so relieved that you and your family didn't get mixed up in the mess.

The thing is they either never have a reason, or it's so stupid you just want to beat your head against a wall.

There's no understanding nut jobs and I think that's what's so frustrating to the rest of us semi-sane people.
