I have a sick baby. He has RSV. It sounds like there's an engine in his chest. Poor guy! It's really contagious, so he can't go to daycare. I stayed home with him Mon-Wed and loved it! I cannot believe Christmas is next week. My Spencer's first Christmas. I got him some gifts but didn't wrap them. Seemed silly since he can't open them.

Tomorrow he has a chiropractor appointment. So many people have recommended it to me. I'm hoping it helps with his fussiness. He's a very crabby baby. My fingers are crossed that this helps.

I did not have a very good weekend. I was very excited for it because my husband was going out of town on a hunting trip and I got to spend the whole weekend getting some much needed mommy baby time. But he was so cranky the entire weekend. He was very warm and his cheeks were pink, but the thermometer said he didn't have a temperature. Do those ( Read more... )

I have officially finished my first week back to work. Sitting here on the other side of the first week (versus stressing over it for weeks), it's not as horrific as I was anticipating. This is my last week of maternity leave. I keep thinking things like, this time next week I'll be at work. I'm very sad about it. The time has just flown by so fast! My baby rolled over yesterday! I just finished changing his diaper, so I rolled him onto his tummy and he was holding his head up.
