Umm my 16 bday is coming up

so i've decided between these two things:
either go to the city.
or
go to a spa.

pros/cons of the city
pros: its fun and pretty at night this time of year & its amazing<3

city. it's exhilarating and exciting.
and who cares if a parent or two is there? You'll have your fun while they're busy looking at all the hustle and bustle =)
