*dramatic sigh* I can understand WHY things have to be this way, but it doesn't mean I LIKE it. *morose* And when ORLANDO dropped to his knees, but heart fucking broke. D:

Thank you so much for your comments -- I'm glad you've been enjoying the story. :D

I have multiple characters muttering about how they should get sequels. I'm ignoring all of them right now, LOL! No promises, in all seriousness. I have work I need to be doing on the commercial side and I really can't make large committments on the fanfic side anymore. And anything I started writing in this verse would be a large committment, I know that now. Heck, Lost Boy was supposed to be a long short story or maybe a novelette, back when I started it. o_O

I won't say never, but I honestly can't see a chunk of free time in the near or near-ish future to do what I'd like with this. :/ If you figure out a way a person can instantly duplicate themself, please let me know!

Oh, them!!
it's so satisfying that Orlamdo is safe and so heartbreaking that he's been changed so much and the required silence is just devastating. You're wrapping it up so beautifully!

You're coming to a very satisfying conclusion. I feel for everyone because of the deception that has to be maintained, but that's a minor consideration, in view of getting Orlando home.

I'm so very glad you've finished this - it's one of the WIP's I've read that I never stopped wondering what happens next. I've been following it all week, but haven't had time to comment until now.

I'm glad you're enjoying it; thanks for letting me know. :D And yes, getting Orlando home, permanently and in as close to one piece as I could manage, has always been the priority. Anything else can be dealt with. [pets boys]

Now I understand why it had to be this way to keep every suspicion away, but even if happy that Orlando is comming home it´s so sad that he is a different person now, not meaning his appearance.

There was no way to get him through this unchanged, or even undamaged. [nod/sigh] I mean, I could've forced it, but IMO it would've come out feeling very fake, very rainbows-and-unicorns-with-sprinkles, and that's not the kind of story this is. This story has had a grip on my guts since I started working on it, and I think the strength of that grip has a lot to do with the fact that I've tried hard to keep it as realistic as I can in how people react, what's possible and what's not, and how events are going to effect the characters. I'm glad it's working for you. :D
