Not ever having worked in a call-center, I've never found it a problem until this whole need-to-find-a-job-right-the-fuck-now situation. I swear, I haven't yet met a designer with an actual degree in "Graphic Design" who was any good. Yet it's constantly a requirement for that type of position.

I can better understand a computer science/engineering degree for some jobs, but a design degree?
