I go home every day over lunch to walk my dogs. Pepper, my hound mix, LOVES to chase the little lizards that we have down here in FL. She especially likes to chase them around and around the telephone poles along the sidewalk

Darby, being a Westie, has a REALLY long tail for his current size (like his feet, he'll grow into it). Westies are also rather long. So he is actually able to "catch" his tail when he chases it. Thing is, he doesn't let go for anything and once he has his tail in his mouth he can no longer stay standing. So most of the time all you see is a little fuzzy white blur rolling down the hill behind the house.
I'm liking this whole dog thing. It gives me a whole new appreciation for your funny doggy stories.
