Just got back from the cottage with the girls today. It was a really nice time and I'm glad we could make it happen before they have to go back to school. We brought Sally and she panted into my ear for the entire drive each way. It was actually pretty impressive. It was driving me crazy, though. Very bittersweet about the whole thing. There is so much uncertainty in the future right now. Part of me is freaking out and the other part knows everything is going to be fine. Interesting paradox.
