I know its a bit earlier than usual, but Im going to do my yearly reflections post now, mainly for the reason that I dont have internet and Im not sure when I would be able to do it otherwise.

I guess I'll break it into LJ cuts so I dont rape everybody's friends pages with my behemoth post.

Dealing with it is hard... but eventually it gets better. For god sake man it was only 2 months.

It's sad to say that we're growing up, and I don't want to admit it but we all are. We're not going to drift apart, and I'm not going to move to Peru (ew). We still have 10, 000 years ahead of us to make plans and play rock in a bag!

PS, Crookshanks misses you.

I don't think I need to say it, really, but just learn from the Ashley thing. There's always another chance.
You can go for the girl you're fucking and see how it turns out. But that could turn a bunch of stuff sort of awkward, though I doubt it.\

I've tried to mature myself in the past, and it always turns out horribly. You know, I like getting together with people and having fart and poo jokes, I like it when You, Levi, Jamie and I get together and act like retards. You can still be mature and act like a kid, it's just in what areas you want to be mature - make in the stuff that matters (handling relationships, learning new things, finances, etc).

I think a backpacking trip somewhere would be awesome. I was wondering who I would go with if I was to do that this summer, hopefully you'd be down. I don't know where we'd go, but probably Central America-ish?

You would be one of the few people I would consider making such a trip with. Central America would be pretty cool. I know a few people who have gone and the feedback has been largely positive. There's this old guy at my work, Richard, who has visited literally 90% of the countries on this planet. I should ask him what he recommends. Last year alone, we took a 2 month trip to South America, and a 3 week trip to Antarctica.
