2011 Reading/Watching Report

Okay, this is the fourth year I've kept this list. I reversed the recent downward trend in number of books read, but mostly by reading a lot of crap light, undemanding novels.

2011 totals

Books read: 75 (up from 31 in 2010 and 47 in 2009, but down from 106 in 2008

Totally agree with your best new show choice. I needed a new show on my schedule like I needed a hole in the head (and a Sunday night show, at that) but I am literally swooning over Downton Abbey. There really isn't one thing about it that I don't like. The costumes, the characters, the drama, the accents! Love, love love it.
