I've been bored lately, so I'm trying to develop hobbies. Although I have a lot of great ideas, I tend to never follow through on anything. Oh, I get like that too, I change hobbies frequently. I'm shocked that I'm actually still trhilled about my work and the old records I catalogue. But of course, I've catalogued my way from the 1890s to the second world war, so there are always new things to learn about the era and the music and the clothes.

"sports writing, learning about the style of Jane Birkin and slowly re-inventing my wardrobe, and planning pretend vacations" is not really something to write in your CV, unfortunately. I've always been envious of people who have a few select "real" hobbies that are always constant.

Haha -- I've never done a CV (only resumes) and I've never put hobbies on there. I think being in the legal field made me very conservative with resumes and what I include on them. We don't even do objectives, which I think are quite common for other fields.

Heh -- I have, but I lack the discipline to sit down and really work on writing in a serious manner. SOMEDAY!
