Whoever thought the phrase "when you hurt or kill yourself, you're also hurting the ones who love and care for you!" was a good thing to say is stupid.
I'm sorry, but hearing that phrase doesn't suddenly make me feel OH SO HAPPY. In fact, I just start to feel like an ass and just become more depressed. Just letting you know.
