My buyer called me at 11.32pm, yes, not am, to ask me to find a way to postpone his first appointment at HDB. The appointment is on Tuesday (two working days away) and he thinks the world, in this case HDB, seller, seller's agent and myself, revolves around him.

Anyway, I don't think I'll get into trouble as I've explained everything clearly when he signed on the dotted line. The irony is when he paid the deposit, he wanted to fix the first appointment ASAP.
Truth be told, he's not a bad customer. He's not fussy nor demanding. I dont know why he's not using his head this time. I'm just exasperated.
