Again, another recipe from The Little Teochew. I didn't use icing sugar when I baked this and I think it tastes just fine. My cake had some cracking at the top, possibly due to an overly hot oven. From The Little Teochew. Made it twice already and I must say it is really quite yummy. Made it with orange zest once and lemon zest once, and both were delicious. I just used the zest of a whole orange/ lemon since it didn't really specify.

After working for almost 10 years, I finally have a DND to attend, of all places in Bangkok. The good thing is its at Banyan Tree which is super near my place, the bad thing is I have no idea what to go as. The theme is "It's not me" so you are supposed to dress up and no one can recognize you. Ideas anyone?
