A/N- Yep another Deanon from the Kink Meme of doom, I swear I'll be writing non-prompt things eventually.
"He did that to Yong Soo?" America squatted down to look at the toddler holding onto China's leg in an oddly possessive way. He was wearing the right clothes, smaller though, and looked enough like the guy, still, England's magic actually working?
"Yes, he was dressed like an angel though for some reason. But I had told you, hadn't I, that Korea really was cute as a kid! I had forgotten that."
America glanced up at China, who was watching Korea with a smile he'd seen England get a few times.
"You know, he didn't grow up so bad, even if he bothers you and Japan. I like the faith he has in his people," America said, with a chuckle, picturing the little toddler shouting out that manga originated in him. Even if they didn't, the whole belief of his people being so creative, smart and ingenuitive, and to be so excited about it, was nice. Also America had seen Korea dance, and it was pretty damn cool.
"Faith? Well, I guess you could call it that. You have a lot of that in the world too, if you keep hoping we could be able to build giant robots."
America gave a grin before picking up Korea carefully. "We'll be able to do that though, right, Yong Soo? Giant robots that'll fly around fixing everything as long as we keep them fixed!" America lifted Korea in the air, making his arms go straight out, and made airplane noises as he stood up. "Just need to figure out what to make them out of that won't drain resources, and maybe find a way to fuel them using the pollution in the air, cleaning it, and then when it's all gone, maybe use solar cells."
"Aiyaa! You have actually thought seriously about those robots?!" China gaped as America did a dramatic sweep with Korea before holding him close again. The kid really was cute.
"Yeah. Why would I bring them up if I didn't think it was possible and didn't think about it? It's why I suggest it, so that maybe someone could lend a hand 'cause my people are also working on other things, too. I do think my people could do that, but it could be done a lot sooner if more people worked on it." America missed China looking at him like he grew a third head, while he held Korea out for China to hold again.
China was still staring as he held Korea and watched America walk away, with a wave. "Wait where are you going?"
America stopped and turned for a moment. "England dressed as an angel, running around doing actual magic. You think I'm gonna miss that? The pictures alone would be enough to make him flip his lid if he doesn't know he's doing this! I find it hard to believe you're not wanting in on this!"
China sighed and shook his head, recalling a book he'd read a while ago. He hadn't believed it at the time, but as he watched America walk away, perhaps, perhaps there really was something to it. He'd been all too aware of the unfairness, prejudices and the mistakes America made, but also of how brave he was during the war. And this hint of his intelligence was intriguing...
"Perhaps one of us should try working on the fuel for those robots, hm?" China mused to Korea, holding him a bit closer.
"Mine!" China jumped as little Korea grabbed onto his chest, seeming to be claiming it much in the fashion he usually did.
"No, mine! And they aren't what you are thinking they are!" China sighed as he worked on detaching Korea from his chest. "Maybe we should find a way to fix you back to normal first."
