Still sick and a little about the library

I am still under the weather but am feeling somewhat better today. I decided to take the day off instead of trying to work through it like yesterday. That helped a lot. Sad I missed volunteering at the library today though

We're in the process of installing RFID in our library. No more lost books, in theory. Just need to run the scanner over the shelves looking for the radio signal :-)

I have often wondered what all that radio chatter in one place would be like on the human brain and body.

Now we can just throw all the books in a big pile and give patrons scanners! :)

I mentioned the RFID stuff to one of the librarians where I volunteer and she seemed really excited about the prospect of that being a reality!
