It's Sunday and after an afternoon of doing chores and grocery shopping ... I so need a nap! :) -
My new favorite snack food!
These are the best! I had them last year at a rest stop near Huntsville, AL. It was pure gold out of a vending machine in the middle of the night! It lives up to the "Sweet and Salty" branding! Yum! Archer
The wife and I have been getting a big kick out of the new show "Archer" on FX. If you have not seen this twisted little show then check it out!
I really like H. Jon Benjamin's voice. Although If I close my eyes I don't see Archer but instead see Coach McGuirk from Home Movies (which is even funnier). :)

Yes, I too occassionally practice retail therapy!
Yesterday I walked up to the shopping center near work to have lunch (Mmmm. Pizza). It was one of my pain days so the walking did me some good even if it hurt. Still I was a little down so I stopped in this Kids store that is in the same plaza. I look in from time to time and buy things that amuse me. Sleep seems to be demanding my time tonight
I took a muscle relaxer and a pain pill at lunch and now I am sleepy, sleepy, sleepy this evening. Still it's better than being in pain all day. -
Uneventful weekend
Worked half a day on Saturday typing up a design doc for a junior programmer to use this week. Slept in late both Saturday and Sunday. We had dinner with a friend at Red Elephant and were amused yet again that waitresses think just because a beer is named "Amber Bock" that it is an amber. Headache please go away!
My head hurts and my stomach is upset. Not sure which is feeding which at this point. Most likely brought on by the lousy weather front that is sitting on top of us. I hope I can sleep tonight. -
Sleep approaches ... and appears to be armed!
Sunday afternoon is gone as is any energy I had earlier. One trip to Lowes and Costco added to a polish sausage and a slice of cheese pizza and I am wiped. The futon in the wife's office calls hard to me. I love to nap in there while she works on stuff on the computer.
