Headache please go away!

My head hurts and my stomach is upset. Not sure which is feeding which at this point. Most likely brought on by the lousy weather front that is sitting on top of us. I hope I can sleep tonight.

Hmmm. I've had a sizable headache all day, too, but mine is due to neck tension which is due to neck issues. Just began a round of chiropractic last week, tho. Hope you do ok tonight.

A lot of mine stem from that too. I have permanent ligament damage in my neck! Yay!

Do you have a proper cervical pillow? There are several types, but your chiropractor could recommend one for you. And remember, those things have a life span as the foam begins to crush down.

Yes I have one as does Susie. At the moment she is using mine and hers needs cleaning.
