Feel the buuuuuuurn! It's almost 4am & Im tired as hell, but I felt the urge to work out. I skipped rope for awhile and then worked on my upper with some tension bands. Well, despite having a REALLY rough start to this journey, bruises that would shock the shit out of alot of you, having to spend the entire night Tuesday in the ER, and everything else...
