yesterday was just an incredibly odd day.

first, the bad...my grandma has colon cancer. in terms of a diagnosis, this is actually good news because she only has a very small tumor and it is easily removable without chemo. unfortunately, we don't know if she will actually get it taken care of. she seems pretty resistant to the idea. my boss just left to work from home for the rest of the day, and paused to tell me that his dog had (another) massive stroke last night and actually DIED FOR THREE MINUTES, but no worries, they resuscitated him.

there's just a lot in there that i don't know what to do with.
