Ok, so with elections upon us and 2 of the major issues being immigration and gay marraiges, here's a question: if gay marraiges are legal (or at least not illegal), could an immigrant come to this country and marry someone of the same sex and still be able to use that as a basis for their green card/citizenship? Just a random thought.
