I've stayed one week and a day in Alexandra. I really like the town, but there was only 3 days of vineyard work so far and the last 1.5 days was way closer to Wanaka. So now I'm moving to Wanaka (maybe Tekapo over Easter?).

I've been one day in Palmerston North and met someone who I previously only knew online. We walked through most of the inner town which he's never done before since campus is outside of town. It was a lot of fun and I must say Palmerston is not as bad as other towns, there are quiet a few art deco buildings and many trees ( Read more... ) -
