I think i'm supposed to start classes on Monday, but NO ONE is back yet. I'm pretty sure most of my students live in my building, so I'd know if they were back or not. My other teacher friends here don't start classes for another week, so I have no idea what is going on.

But its ok, its not like we were going to do anything the first day anyway.

a lot of expats here drink, like thats just the thing to do. i used to look down on them for this, because it always stuck me as an escape from dealing with the fact that things are weird, compleatly not understandable (is that "derstanable"?) and kinds of frustrating.
