Extreme Adventuring

Yesterday I got to ride a bike for a first time in a long time. It was my brother's friend's bike, and it was grey, so I called Silver, like in IT by Stephen King. But enough of the book-nard stuff, because it took every ounce of self-control that I had not to say "HI-YO SILVER... AWAY!" as I opened the gate and then started pedalling ( Read more... )

Argh! Scary bums! If you ever got lost - I would come to your rescue! But you would probably think me a scary bum, and run away.

Wow I these look like pretty cool animals! The only ones I see around my house are stray cats and skunks - unless my racoon friend Willy comes by for my hand feeding ^^;

You're lucky to have been able to sneak by and catch a picture of them :)

Hedgehogs are lovely. If you get too close to them they roll up into little spikey balls of self-defense to stop them being eaten. Sadly, though, this does not defend them against cars and they are forever being splattered on the road sides.

We never see skunks or racoons! I'm deadly jealous! You should picture them! I would love to see.

Hehe I tried once, but the little racoon I feed worms to was so scared of the camera that I didn't see him for a month :\

And I doubt I would have the guts to walk up to a skunk :P

I once found a hedgehog who had curiously poked his nose into a glass jar and couldn't get it out again. Me and my mum managed to remove it, but were prickled a lot in the process.

Hedgehogs are awesome! There are thousands of them scattered around England. Sadly most of them happen to be squished by motorists. Vegan power! The only power that ever is needed!

Or maybe not but it sounded cool.
