This is getting ridiculous

For a second day in a row I'm losing connection almost every second time I refresh or try to enter a comment or move into any LJ page, and still LJ Status says that everything is functioning normally... is it really just me with the problems? It's not quite as bad today as yesterday, now I'm more often getting just insanely long loading times

Not just you. I'm getting connection errors like crazy, especially when I try to refresh my FL.

Exactly! And I keep losing my comments too >:( The most reliable-seeming way I've found to comment is to open another LJ page in another tab, refresh that one until it works, and then quickly go back to my first tab and try to post... but it's such an annoying hassle!

Me fucking too, and I keep forgetting to copy my comments before posting and then LJ eats them. >:(

Same :( Although sometimes it eats them slowly enough that I have time for a screenshot :) Managed to rescue one long comment that way... had to type it up again of course, but didn't have to look up any references again.

There are moments when it works for a while and I forget I should copy all my comments to safety before posting (short memory, where?), and then it fails again... have managed some last-second saves with screenshots, though :)

I'm not getting any errors, but that's not saying much. We're all on different servers and some part of lj is usually broken and/or glitchy. :/

And admit to the reality their users experience every day existing? Nevah! They are lj, and they know better than their users. Or so they keep telling us with all their unwanted "updates".

I get an error message when I try to open an LJ page in FireFox. It says the servers are overloaded or offline. When I press "retry" it opens the page without a problem, but it is slower than usual.

Exactly this. I haven't even got a single goat message these two days, just outright failures and excruciating lack of speed. And then it works for a short while before crashing again. Right now I got several comments in without losing connection, but I still wouldn't call this exactly great.
