thanks. the thing is, it doesn't suck now except for the fact that i can't go climbing. i can walk and run and all that.

and now i know what's wrong. (and am not worried about something like oh i broke it and a bone healed wrong or something big bad like that.)

I can relate; I'm a lot calmer when I know what's wrong and have a plan to fix it. I'm lucky that my PT office is two blocks from my house, so I can stop in for appointments before work.

i kicked a wooden stool because i didn't look behind me before doing a handstand inside. oops! always make sure you have clear space in which to kick up!

Did they say home long forever is? Because my foot's still hurting from February. it's gotten slowly better since they put me in the very sexy aircast, but still not 100%.

My podiatrist is threatening me with surgery.

they said that 100% could take up to a year. (if not 6 or 9 months!)

ligaments get very little blood flow so they mend really slowly and yeah, your doctor might have mentioned that.

Yay! I'm glad that

A: They have an idea of what it might be
B: It will probably heal on its own eventually
C: They can probably speed up the healing process
D: We can justify a bigger apartment as a required medical expense
