so, this weekend in the courtyard of la amada hotel in cancun, under the statue of a palm tree fashioned out of re-purposed rakes, he asked me if i'd marry him. of course i couldn't wait to say yes.

we agree that we've made each other the two happiest people!

so yeah, seishino and i have been together for 3 years now. so far, so really good. i love him and i'm a lucky one. with him, i like my life so much better. with him, i like myself better.

so yeah, apparently someone was thoughtful enough to hack my lj and insert some malicious code. it's fixed now.

so yesterday i took myself on the self-guided tour of the gardner museum as was my homework for my architectural and furniture history class. i was asked a bunch of questions about pieces of furniture there- dating them, guessing at what country they came from, giving proper names, etc. it was a really amazing way to go around the museum. i ( Read more... )

for some reason my brain and taste buds are conspiring this morning to make my vanilla coffee taste something like a vanilla version of hot cocoa. i love it. i miss hot cocoa and it's strangely not warm out. isn't it summer? really? seriously? i hear this weekend should be in the 80's though ( Read more... )
