Cabfares are so expensive in Singapore now. From my house which is near Novena to school at Bras Basah, it actually cost me a whopping $19 at 8:12am. There was some massive jam everywhere on the roads that a typically 10-15minute drive (even during the morning peak hour) became freaking 30minutes. It. seriously. hurts. a. poor. student. like. me.
