oooh!!! chocolate fudge cake! lucky ennis. i hope they can work in a little talk time. i'm betting ennis knows what he said and that's kinda tough to have hanging out there, unacknowledged. i say, bed, talk, more bed, cake and milk, with milk mustaches. then maybe some more bed. =D

I know, I'm a sucker for chocolate fudge cake too - do you think the boys would mind if I dropped by on Sunday to sample??
Thanks for reading!

I agree, Sienata! I think he's waiting to see if Jack will say it back. But he's handling it VERY well! Your plan sounds good :).

yes, our Ennis is giving his boy time to process, which is good. patience, along with chocolate fudge cake and bed, is always a good plan!

Yep that word is very difficult to express it holds so much to it. I just love how they mix together in this and I love the kids getting along. Joe

Thanks very much, Joe. I agree that it is very hard to say THAT word - I still struggle even now!

I guess it would be kind of hard to say those words back right away, especially
when they are said in a dozy state like that, however Jack is not exactly shy so I'm sure he won't have too much trouble sharing his feelings in that big comfy bed of his.
Thanks
Janette.

Thanks Janette,
I think you're right in that it was possibly not the best situation for Jack to respond. We all know Jack loves to talk, so it will come out at some point, trust me :)

Thanks!
All I could think of was Bridget Jones, you know at the end, where she follows Mark Darcy out into the snow and they kiss and she is wearing her undies?? LOL! I Like to think our boys are a little more restrained than that...
