I'm so sad.

I have the stomach flu. Or Ebola.

*Obviously I don't have Ebola but it's been a long time since I have had an honest to goodness stomach bug of the this magnitude so I am going to go ahead and whine a little.

So, I'm not allowed to do classroom training right now; but they let me do two one-on-one gas remedial trainings today.

One was easy - she was clever and fun. We breezed through the material without much issue.

The other was more of a challenge. He was so overwhelmed. No amount of reassurance seemed to comfort him, despite his success with the review ( Read more... )

I prewashed my tote fabric and the edged got all shredded. Is that typical?

I'm on pie duty for Thanksgiving next week (no surprise).

I want to make an apple pie for certain. I was also thinking pumpkin, but I might want to change it up. Does anyone have any unusual pumpkin pie recipes they would recommend?

I'm also open to the possibility of a third pie - possibly pecan or wild card.

Thoughts?
