So at work today I took a relay call. For those that don't know what a relay call is it is a call where someone who is deaf dials into a system that is text based and an operator then calls us and will relay what the customer types to us. This one really sucked. The person I could tell was fraud because the wanted to immediately buy 5 prepaid

having that same PSO job... yes, TTY calls have come through but as soon as I explain WHAT the service is we offer, the TTY hang up, the caller is always a bogus one and I have never actually connected one of my girls with a TTY caller. (because.. ew, just ewwww!)
