(unstretched: 26", stretches to: 33"-ish

Widest part of hip: 17" across

Length, by longer side (its assymetrical): 36"

is there alot of give in the skirt? or will it tear when i sit down if snug? haha

Actual size is Small. 100% polyester but not likely to tear, I'd judge. It's got two thin layers of thin material which aren't extremely constricting.

I normally go into M clothing, L sometimes. But for a S, I'm surprised because it still fits me well and doesn't feel like a small at all.

It might be, since there's no elastic on the waist. Compare the measurement I gave you to some of the jeans you wear.
