I'm off for an early morning jaunt. Had a granola bar and that's it for breakfast. Going to prepare my water bottle.
Not dizzy so far this morning. But last night when going to bed while I was laying in bed my body was trembling. Well must be off.

Alright, I guess I am on this on my own :p but that's alright.

I'm so hungry today but I'm only 1 L into my water so I'm doing pretty good considering.
Also it's taking longer for me to get hungry which means my stomach is shrinking back to the old size so that I won't need food as much.
I used to get hungry at 10am now I'm not getting hungry until ( Read more... )

I meant to bring an apple to work so I'd not get hungry or if I did I'd have something to eat.
But I guess I'm just going to have to swig back that 2L bottle of water!

So this morning so far Cereal and that's it... of course the day is still young.

Well time to get to work.
