Happy to be back home again after almost two weeks living at the hospital. Even happier about my dad’s prognosis. The surgery went well, the cancer was superficial this time (so no chemo or radiation needed), there were relatively few post-surgery complications (unlike last time) and he’s finally released and back home. Much sympathy re: your Dad. I remember what that was like, though my dad's outcome wasn't as happy.

And much sympathy on the job-front. It can't be much fun there at the moment with that hanging over your heads!

Thanks. You're right about that. But if it does happen tomorrow (or today, actually), at least the waiting and wondering part will be over.

So glad to hear that your Dad is improving!

Sorry to hear about the layoffs. It seems to be happening everywhere and I hope you're not one of those who has to leave.
