You're most welcome and thank you for the enthusiastic review. Sorry it takes me so long. I miss writing. Yes, Art is a dandy and he's not going to be any better next chapter.

Hopefully, it won't take me months and months to get the next chapter up. It's only one scene and should be fairly short. Of course, I haven't written one single word of it yet, but I do know how I want it to go.

It's even better than the first version of this chapter! Awesome job! (Evil, evil cliffhanger, but this fanfic is such awesome than I'm perfectly okay with the evil cliffhanger!)

You're welcome. I'm glad you liked the changes. Hopefully, the first scene made a lot more sense in this version. I'm afraid the next chapter will most likely end with another cliffhanger.

It's all themus's fault. She keeps pushing me to be a better writer. My original version kept the reader at a distance. She really helped point out all the different the places I needed to show Ryan's physical reactions and emotions. I'm very glad the extra time and work got the reaction I was hoping for.

I'll give you a hint...someone will be showing up. In fact, they'll be there at the very beginning of the next chapter. However, that doesn't mean that they'll be of any help to our poor woobie.

I'm not evil. It's Art. He's the bad guy...not me. Bad Art. Bad...bad...bad...Santa is only going to give him coal this year.
