i feel sorry for u.. when i dont sleep, i go crazy and my head starts to hurt and my eyes turn bloodshot red... how do you cope with insomnia?

Everyone has insomnia or something!!! My eye is twitching right now and I'm not sure if it's from lack of sleep or because something bad IS going to happen...

haha it's kinda like imsomnia is contagious. i've been an insomniac for about 3 years now and it gets worse and worse every year. insomnia will kill me.
