I actually think of it more as Anneline then Anne Line. I later learned that there's a variant spelling, Lyne. Annelyne would have looked cooler, but too late now.
Um. Why in the world would you think it would be offensive to Catholics? You're honoring someone who was martyred for the faith. She does sound interesting.
I don't feel particularly inclined to address you as "friend of priests," however. :-)
"You're honoring someone who was martyred for the faith."
That's how it's intended. I just worry that some people might not think writing slash is the best way to honor people. I don't think that, but you know some people.
Whoops, and I haven't checked my f-list in weeks.....
I thought that maybe Anne Line *was* your real name. The only saint I know anything about is St. Teresa of Avila, because Avila is a cool place. Oh, and St. Patrick, because I'm American. :-)
I sort of picked Anne Line so people would think it was my real name. I have this weird theory on pseudonyms that if you make them non-obvious pseudonyms, people will think they're not pseudonyms and that will make them better pseudonyms. Anyway, it's kind of dorky thing I do and now I've blown it anyway. But I don't know why I'm paranoid. No one I know in RL is ever on LiveJournal. (I don't think)
I'm paranoid, too (I didn't even want to explain this username, but hopefully I did it vaguely enough), and I do have RL friends who are on lj who don't know about this name. I'd like to keep it that way (I mean, they know I like slash, but they don't need to read mine), but I'm going to Lumos with them, and I don't know how to let lj people know who I am w/o RL people finding out. *sighs* I wish I could perform reliable Obliviates.

I like your icon. I love Cillian Murphy (it is Cillian Murphy, isn't it?) He'd make a great Regulus.
