That fabric immediately brings to mind Emilio Pucci for me, so I'd be inclined to go with late 60s or 70s. If it's fairly sturdy, then I second the option of a 60s Mod dress or skirt. Of course, you should always make something that you feel you will actually wear, so use your own style gut to guide you. Mod dresses work well with layering (over a long sleeve top and tights with boots). And if that much print is too bold, then a skirt might be a more practical option ( ... )
