Puppy tornado in the potato patch
This evening as the weather cooled down, but there was still plenty of light, I decided I had enough energy to pile more sugar cane mulch on the potato patch. This was a fairly sedate activity. Woke up this morning to dust. Lots of orange/red dust. And lots of wind, to ensure the dust could have maximum coverage.
Guess who had a load of whites on the washing line from last night :(
I have ventured out once today, which was to feed the dogs and retrieve my laundry. I am still coughing up bits of dust.

Medical diagnosis fail
Six weeks ago, my Mum had a nasty fall, face first into concrete. She badly fractured her left arm, shattering the end of the bone near the elbow and has a plate and 8 or so screws and there are still little bits of bone floating around. Occassionally I get some absolute stunners through my Seek.com feed. Admittedly, they do stand out from the standard, dull descriptions, so if attention getting is their purpose then I guess they work.
