I’m cutting down/semi quitting smoking. It’s amazing what it’s doing to me; I’ve accepted the weight gain (although not this much) and the fact that it will still take my lungs a long time (if ever) to get back to being healthy and the extra 7 cups of coffe a day but I’m still finding it really hard. I’ve cut down to one a night when I’m at home
