He didn't knock. He didn't call in advance. Walter wasn't going to give Victor a chance to go out the window or camouflage himself or even lock himself in the bathroom.

He just used his key and entered, closing and locking the door behind himself and leaning heavily against it.

"I came to see how you were doing."

Victor turned in surprise, and ended up accidently knocking the flower and its cup to the ground. Good thing it didn't need water.

"Walter! Um..." Shit. Was he ready to talk with him? Really?

Walter smiled faintly at the duct tape rose. He hadn't seen that in quite some time. He stayed where he was, though.

"How are you feeling?"

Victor closed his eyes and scrunched his face. It was too early to cry, he told himself. Better not start. But still..it was Walter. Even as bas as Victor felt, he could'nt jsut pretend that everything they were never existed.

"I feel like shit," he muttered, leaning against the dresser for support. "And I'm sorry."

After getting a call from Pippi, he hung up his phone and turned to Walter. "Pippi wants us to come over to her room to get the notes from Creature Languages. You wanna ehad over there now?"

"Probably. We'll have to postpone the sex for later, then." he gave Walter a kiss on the forehead and smiled. Thank Jesus his powers hadn't gone funky again. "Is that okay?"

Walter pretended to think about it. "Hmm... sex or Pippi?"

He pulled Victor down to give him a catch-your-breath-afterwards kiss and then let him go to grab his clothes and get dressed. "Come on. We don't want to keep Pippi waiting."
