With the smaller Greenland boats, it actually takes technique to roll the boat all the way over.

What about paddling upright? Are they reasonably efficient? Maneuverable? Stability? Fun?

Definitely more tippy. Maneuverable -- did not push edging until I am more at ease with rolling, Had no problem using edging to counter weather cocking from strong rear-quarter wind. Really need much more time in the boats, because they are very different from our previous boats.
