Saturday was my birthday. Andrew made me so mad I cried Friday night cause he was going to be home late. I was just worried that my birthday would flop. So, he came in at about 3. It's my birthday tomorrow. Were going to San francisco. I'm not very excited. I'm already disappointed. There was no thought put into it. But maybe..... Idk. Well we will see what tomorrow brings. I did get flowers. :) I like flowers.

Life likes curve balls
Well, 3 weeks ago I was carefree, shadowing a doctor and enjoying my life. 2 weeks ago my friend Jessica suggested I pee on a stick. I did. I'm pregnant. I'm going to be a mommy. I'm trying to be overjoyed. Andrew is happy. I'm more happy about having this happen with him. Of everyone, I'm glad it's him. Were getting an apartment in April. Baby is ( Read more... ) -
Day 1
Well, today was my first day shadowing a doctor. I got to watch two abcesses get drained. Nasty, gross stuff. But I learned that betadine applications must start in the center of the wound and spiral outwards, and never back towards because it can sweep bacteria back into the site. Graveyard shifts are terrible.
I'm sitting at work at 3 in the bloody morning because i'm trying super hard to kiss ass so I can get a better job. I should be at home, asleep, with my boyfriend. But, in order to spend more time with him later, I have to sacrifice cuddles and sleep overs. I want normalcy. That's not too much to ask. So, I'll just work hard...and hope it pays off ( Read more... ) -
wishes do come true
He's asleep next to me. I can feel the warmth of his skin and can hear with such clarity every breath he takes. I can look into his blue eyes and see that he loves me.
