Thank you so much, that's very kind... not to mention slightly disturbing! :-P Although it does make me feel a bit like a crossroads demon, which is quite thrilling. Part 2 coming up in exchange for one soul (although I think I'll let them keep it until I need it, which will probably be never).

Pirates story...kinda rare in spn fandom. I definitely eager to read the next chapter. I vote for 3, a reason to read BAMF!Cas. After all it's quite canon for Cas to save Dean.

Yes, I wonder why there aren't more people writing them as pirates; I would love to read a well-written pirates!AU by someone who is more familiar with the genre. Also, I do love BAMF!Cas and you're right, he does tend to watch Dean's back (and who can blame him?).

You could do option 3 which is close to canon or you could to option 2 which is the reverse.

I am find myself partial to Number 2. It's always fun for Dean to save Cas for a change.
