I'm lagging a bit behind you in actually getting my ass in gear, but am coming to similar conclusions.
Those roasted veggies look good, and I really really need to learn to cook better food.
Good call about the Tiger Balm for your ankles. Just thinking about it, and I can totally smell that stuff. But hey, it works!
I never thought about using White Flower in such a way, but it's great for helping hangovers! lol
Lots of uses, that stuff.
