I'm having real problems sleeping between the hours of 2:30 and 4:00am

I've tried reading, making the room cold, having a warm hot chocolate, listening to chilled out music.

I'm just so restless but at the same time tired.

uh oh. chocolate is a stimulant. Better just warm milk. I suggested Rooibos
red tea to Deeol and I think it helped her. It tastes very good and is known
for helping sleep and helping colic in babies. Do they have red tea in England. It actually comes from Africa. I hate when I can't sleep. Find
a boring book to read.

Yeah, I've had Rooibos tea before (when I was in Africa, having said that)... I'm pretty sure they sell it here, just not sure if my local is THAT equipped.
I'll pop my head into some other supermarketsand grab some.

Not really a tea drinker extensively. I prefer my coffee but have obviously had to cut back on that due to the sleepless nights.

I'm surrounded by boring books at the moment, being at university and all. You'd think ONE of those would knock me out!

Oh yes, I remember. I have so many books on fairy's. One I bought at an old antique bookstore in Norwich, England. I remember once you wrote about a special place near your home that seemed to be a special fairy place. I too love fairy
lore.
