Now, by itself, that may not seem like the worst sentence in the world, but, if you combine it with everything that Robbie Reihl, the majority of my Calculus class, and the albino in my seminar were saying, it was absolutely disgusting.

Hmm yeah I just read someone's livejournal, and they were saying how if you were black and saw a whole bunch of white kids walking out on an assembling for MLK, you'd be pretty pissed..

Today's actions of the majority of Northville High School's student population reaffirmed the utter disgust I hold for spoiled rich Northville brats.

After all, he was only the greatest man of teh 20th century. I would argue of several centuries. But these kids don't care.

Not only do they not care about what the world would be like without him (because he did nothing to help them... right? umm, no.), but I honestly don't think that half of our school even know what he did.

We had two finals Monday morning, seminar + lunches, then an assembly supposedly on MLK, although it ended up being on not giving up on your dreams because he didn't, and you are better off than he was, etc. So half the school got pissed and skipped the assembly. There were plenty of extra seats in the auditorium, and that was everyone who didn't leave. It was extremely distasteful.

heh, we had school today because churchill is a white dominated school. talk about sick. no one even mentioned a word of the man. sad.

Our school administration tried to bring some culture to the student body (98% white rich kids). And that was their first mistake.

not true colie. the twins had mlk shirts on. pretty sure you don't know them. and i don't even know their names. but they're pretty cool. laf, and they had the t-shirts.
