So. I spent last night, New Years' Eve, having a very bad time. First off, I was tired and had a headache because the previous night I mucked around stretching my ears and left them all sore so I got barely any sleep. Last night a lot of truths came out and it wasn't pretty. I guess it can't ever be expected to be pretty. Well the weather today matches my mood...or maybe the weather caused my mood..who knows. Okay so today I got up and felt yuck. Larissa called me last night and we talked late..then I got woken up by various people and phone calls so I am tired now. It's about 11pm now. I have an exam at 8:30am tomorrow. I have not yet even opened the last chapter I am supposed to be studying and I am sitting here calmly thinking it's no big deal. The gig last night was good because Ben Nose mixed us and he rules. He even put a bit of delay on the vocals so we sounded professional which is a first...considering we had no set list..haha.
Off to play to a pop-punk crowd today. I am interested to see how that goes. If we're lucky people will walk out. If we're luckier people will dance.
