Been doing homework and study and It's driving me insane. Yet something else has been nagging on my mind, and I would like an answer.

Is it better to keep the truth from someone even though you think it'll hurt them? 
Even if you really want to tell them?
Even it'll destroy you if you don't tell them?

Weren't you put in your house because you are just and loyal. It seems to me that I am the only one who tells the truth in this forsaken place. this is a double edge sword. On one hand you risk the chance of hurting someone if you tell the truth, on the other hand you hurt yourself if you don't tell them. Though ultimately it could hurt them in the end if you don't tell them. One must be blunt about things in life, otherwise their life will just be a web of lies.

Because Devitt has weighed in, I am guessing that this isn't just family problems. But whatever it is, go with the truth. No other way for it-- the truth will always come out eventually, so it's best that it comes out the honest way.

And, whenever possibly, avoid Devitt. Just, y'know, a piece of advice-- feel free to ignore me.

Yes. You shouldn't tell them. You can't take back what you've said and unsay it. It's too big a risk.

Anthony, I think you should try and find what would make you happiest in this bad situation. If you feel better telling the truth, then tell it. At least you'll have that burden off your chest.

Anthony looked down at Lily's message in his G&W. Then flicked to Peter's. Though both seemed to try and help, they had seemed to confuse him even more. He ran a hand over his face, then wrote:

I'd rather feel the burden, than let them be upset. I would hate to find out I tore things apart for them, Even more so if they want to be together. I refuse to be a villain
