a month has flown by quickly for me.  i've been working a new job for that long and it's easy even when it's hard.  they appreciate my work there, too, and that's a welcome change from most of the other jobs i've had in the last five years.  my mind hasn't burned so badly or run its gears as ragged since i became less-than-gainfully employed again

ha, indeed i did. she and her roomie acted as though my having to excuse myself to the vomitorium four times while at the bar meant that i would be too dangerous to catch a ride with. but the heaves were so mighty that i lost my drunk when the alcohol got flushed out. those little rookies.
